Can’t make it to our Brisbane Studio? No problem…..
If the Covid-19 pandemic has taught us anything it is that we all need to be more flexible when it comes to how we purchase our important items in life. We have always offered virtual appointments to our Interstate and Overseas Brides but we now find brides asking for this service just because travelling around and state and Country has become a little more challenging.
Firstly, we can offer Virtual styling appointments where, after answering a few questions via email, we put together a curated collection of our gowns to go over in detail. We can zoom into parts of the gown you may not see in our online images and discuss whether this gown will work for your figure and suit your style. We can then sketch out our favourite gown and post you out some fabric samples so you can really feel the quality of our gowns.
We then offer a Virtual measurements appointment where we organise a time that you have a friend over and we guide you via facetime how to take the measurements we need. We can see if you have the tape measure at the wrong point and it is a great way of us really getting to know you and anything you are worried about.
Our final appointment is just before we post the gown out to you, we give you another quick facetime call where your gown will be on one of our dressmaker dolls, looking beautiful and we make sure nothing has been missed or forgotten before the gown is sent by registered mail right to your door.
